The analysis of data provides an insight into hidden details and there fore enables intelligent decision making. These decisions when arrived at can be implemented using Resource Planning Systems that will result in direct and quantifiable benefits. This is Corporate Performance Management. Automating CPM provides consistent and streamlined ways of data gathering, analyzing, planning, reporting, decision making and implementation. Metmox and CPM
Although there are certain players in the market offering solutions in CPM, most of them cater to large corporations. Our belief is in the Small and Medium Business segment (which accounts for 80% of skilled labor employment in the USA). This has been endorsed by large ERP Vendors which have identified that the strength in American Business lies in its innovation and that innovation and delivery is offered by its huge SMB. Hence they have tailored their products exclusively for this market. By being able to deliver solutions using the hugely popular BI tool and integrating that with the ERP system provided by these vendors, we would be in a position to provide that much needed intelligence to the SMB segment which hitherto does not have structured business intelligence support. This integration of ERP-BI gives a robust feed forward control mechanism that not only keeps the SMB on track but also propels it to proactively think in terms of achieving tangible, balanced growth rates in terms of both Top Lines and Bottom lines.
