metaSTAFF – The Process

metaSTAFF is based on a very strong Core Process which results in a standardized approach that produces outstanding quality talent consistently that are very close to the Job requirement.

metaSTAFF involves a two pronged strategy, one is Recruitment and the other is Staffing. The process basically involves prospecting, screening, evaluation, elimination, validation, documentation and On boarding. Each step of this process is very detailed and involves templates that provide checklists for recruiters and is followed meticulously whether it is Recruiting or Staffing. In either case there could be only a slight difference in the documentation that is obtained.

The recruiters themselves are technically qualified and bring in adequate knowledge to screen the candidates. Once a few candidates are shortlisted, they are assessed by the SMEs for their subject knowledge and those candidates that meet with the exacting standards are recommended to HR for the On boarding process. The On boarding process involves validation of all documents, employment eligibility verifications, background checking, reference checking and contracts. The candidates so chosen are then entered into an Active Database which forms the first ‘Skill Kiosk’ for the recruiters to measure against any ‘Open requirements’. The requirement is formatted into a spec sheet that the Account Manager provides the recruiter based on his understanding of the client’s requirement.

Staffing is a similar process but is more reactive to ‘Open Requirements’. If there are no candidates that are a match in the ‘Skill Kiosk’, the recruiter solicits the resume from candidates’ referrals, empanelled Vendors or Sub Contractors. The process of recruiting then follows.
